Author Topic: Every Time I open the software it asks for all my details again, everytime! help  (Read 107 times)

Hi there, purchased the software a couple of days ago, both the SocialHubSubmitter and SocialHubBuilder and both of these programs are asking me to re enter my Customer Name, Email ID, Subscription ID. Like at the beginning when I first installed both of the software programs. The error code is: Not a Valid License information. Please check with customer support. This happens over and over after I enter it all in it accepts and I get in to the software fine then close it and re open and it keeps asking me for this information again and again, so something is wrong. Also I've tried to import Proxy lists and it's not working for the SocialHub Builder.. I don't know what to do about that.

HI Ameila

It sounds like your system is not allowing the tool to store the license data,

Are you using windows Vista?  If so then could you try to right click run as admin when you work with the tool

It could also be a permissions issue, What we can try to do is move the whole folder for each application to your desktop - and then try to work with it from there.

If you could please email support and they will ensure you always have access while we work through this saving issue

Could you email support{@}socialhubsubmitter.com with your login details and make notes of this url..

We need to send your details to the tech team to see what and how your data is being changed/stored in the database

I am having the same problem with both SHS & SHB
I reinstalled SHS to the desktop and ran as administrator but it still tells me the license is not valid!!
