I did email support about this but got a reply which suggested there was a problem with my machine configuration and I should try on another computer. Unfortunately I only have one computer so I can't try it elsewhere.

Any suggestions on what is wrong with my configuration? Every other software I've got from you has run perfectly so I can't understand why this doesn't.

thanks for the post, has it been sometime since you purchased the software?  if so then could you please download again and try to register

Please let me know if it works - The reason im asking is because it could be due to the icon image we were previously using which has now been changed

I downloaded it again a minute ago. When I unzip it I click the icon, then I click 'Run' and then I get the Microsoft message as in my first post here.

Im really not sure what to suggest - Is the message identical ?

Im really not sure what else the issue could be. Is your .net version the one we suggest ?

Yes the message is identical each time. And I installed the FULL version of Net 4 as advised.

I guess it must be something wrong with my computer. It is an old one but, as I said earlier, I've had no problems with your other software.

I really dont know what to suggest

Are you running and working with the social hub builder too ?  They use the exact same language - If so then I can arrange for a tech to do a team viewer session with you to see what the issue could be - Otherwise I dont think there is any other option but to request a refund by emailing support
