Hello, I did the RSS Masher/Pinger.  but it never entered my rss feed into the rssfeed.txt file in the ABB directory. So I dont really know what my rss feed link is so that I can enter it into the rss submission tab. 
I went to icerocket website and it shows my feed.  I found an xml link in there that may be my feed?

would our feeds start with the following: http://rss.icerocket.com/xmlf......

if so, then I found it. but if not, then where would I find them?
