Hi,

Firstly can I ask can you have 2 projects posting to one group (which just has ping.fm) - that is how I have it setup

With the above configuration when I start feed posting it posts one entry from the feed from the first project BUT
nothing else - the delay counts down BUT nothing else is posted. (There are entries to post in the feed since I set
it up (as well as older entries) and I am not combining entries ie it is set to 1. I am also not combining the feed with an article)

If I stop the program and start it again it does post an entry - again from the first project.

I am also a little unclear about "Run Feed Post On Windows Startup" - I want the feed to be processed every 60 mins
so I have that set as the feed interval - if I tick the "Run Feed" box does that mean that is the ONLY time it runs or
is it just saying run the program at startup and every 60 mins ?

Thanks

Si

HI

getting this looked at now

Yes you can select multiple projects and run with just the one group

when you choose to run at startup - then it will run at startup based on the settings you have - so if you have loaded a feed - to post 1 entry every 60 mins then it will run at startup and then post an entry every 60 mins

I will get back to you after doing some tests on the feed posting with my developers

thanks

I don't know but each time I submit a feed and then stop it the the blue play button wont light up. Waited for about 3 minutes and nothing was happening. I had to close the software But when I close the software using the x at top right it wont close at all it minimize it in my notification taskbar box at bottom right of my window right next to my volume icon. I'm using windows 7 64bit.
This is also happening with my builder.

HI

thanks for the post

the idea with the software is to allow it to run whilst minimized, but should you want to exit from the software then please look towards the top left of the tool and you will see a exit button - this will close the tool. when the tool is minimized you can right click and it will give you 2 options -

1- exit
2- show

With the buttons then we are currently looking and working on the feed function - I will get the buttons looked at too - I'm hoping to update shortly once fixed

thanks

Hi Spainops

Thanks for the details - Ok let me explain what is happening - Im also about to make a video tutorial explaining the full settings - There is not a bug - full explanation below.

You have 2 feed projects -

Feed project eazy2move<

Combine feed with article=disabled

Because you have not enabled this - there is no need to add a link in the Links section - therefor no need to add a placeholder for a link in the description.

Entries to combine = 1

This means it will post 1 feed entry on each post

Feed max post = 3

This means each post will be submitted 3 times

Your settings are telling the system to post each feed entry 3 times - this is why you are seeing duplicates.

2nd feed 123

You have max post set to 2 - this is telling the system to post the feed entry 2 times - so each feed entry will get posted twice.

I am now going to make a video showing the feed feature and explain all the settings - hope to have it up shortly

For you -the desired settings you are looking for - is setting your max post count for the feeds project to 1

Thanks

Sorry missed your reply.

Thanks for the detailed response - I will change

(I thought feed max post was for ping.fm and the other 2)
