Ooh

Did the submitter update properly?

Also how did you close the submitter the last time you used it ?

We need to ensure that we click the exit button towards the left in the sidebar of the user interface, clicking the X towards the top only minimizes the tool

All the details are stored in the settings.xml file which can be copied and backed up anytime you want to

thanks

HI Kevin

Ive just reset the correct license this time  Roll Eyes - so you should be good to go.

I have been speaking to my developers and we would like to take a look as your data should not be getting wiped - Either way - you can always back everything up by making a copy of the settings.xml file

we believe it could be a permissions issue as you have also been facing license problems

If you could send a email to support{@}socialhubbuilder.com to organize a Teamviewer and also point back to this thread then it would be great

thanks

No problem license problems sorted out,I will do some testing over the weekend and back up before I close out and will arrange a team-viewer session for early next week.
