I keep getting name in used error, how does the name get generated? Is it always random because it doesn't seem like it.

Ok I guess you are talking about the Social Hub Submitter, Correct?

If so then please try to keep username to 4 characters only if using the add random characters

Sorry I posted in the wrong section I think.. I'm talking about the Social Hub Builder.

My username is 4 character.

Have you got the add random characters checkbox selected?

are you adding your own name, surname and personal details or allowing the system to do it?

I have that random character box checked and also auto generate details.

I tried doing a new set of accounts in the Social Hub Builder, and I'm getting a bunch of these kind of errors for the result section:

Unable to cast object of type "system.dbnull' to type system.string'.

Can you email your settings.xml file to support please - also point back to this thread

Were any of your files open when you was running the script
