What to do with scrapped lists

I just got through scrapping a huge list of smf, elgg, etc and I was wondering how to find out if their any good to use with ABB.
This was my first attempt at scrapping these, so be kind and don't make me cry.

Just pick one of them and start signing up.  What works best for me is to split them up into groups of about 500 because it is going to take awhile and you may run into problems.  You may already know this but I will mention it for any others who may not and that is you may only get between a 10 to 20% success rate from your scrapes.
